We are so happy we met our dream house in Fonte Lima, Santa Bárbara, Lourinhã.
In our first contact, we explained the house we would like to find. After a while we were contacted to make an appointment. Because there was 4 houses they wanted us to visit. Yhe last one, OMG! It was such a nice house, with views of the ocean and the mountains... Just like in our dreams! We are so thankfull, because 7 years later we still in love with our holiday home... Homaze Portugal´s team helped us achieve our dream move to live in Portugal on a permanent basis from U.K. It was a very big step for us to take and they helped us enormously to ensure our house purchase here went through smoothly. Our contact, Rita, was always available to chat through any concerns and help us through the whole process, liaising with the vendors and our legal representative throughout.
The service the company afforded to us, baring in mind we were the buyers not the vendors, didn´t just stop once we had signed for the property. They helped us with setting up the utility services, tradesman for some improvements we wished to carry out, gardener and pool maintenance services, etc, etc.
